Enjoying Marriage is an 11-week marriage seminar that teaches people God's divine plan for marriages to help couples enhance their relationship as husband & wife using intense and powerful Bible based video teachings by Ron & Betty Wiseman, founders of the Enjoying Marriage Ministry in Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa, California, USA.

Marriage is a representation of Jesus & His bride, our witness to the world. However, marriages, especially Christian marriages are under constant attacks. People are hurting, desperate to find solutions to the mounting problems and pressures on their relationship. Enjoying Marriage equips us for this, through the enabling power of the Holy Spirit.

It helps husband & wife enhance their communication, their passion, their joy and their love. Ron & Betty gave intensive teachings on communication, the responsibilities of husband & wife, the authority structure in marriage, rewards and blessings of intimacy, protecting your own 'inner circle' and other topics.

People who are planning to get married can also benefit from this seminar- to prepare them for their future. It's for everyone who is in a relationship.

God, in His loving mercy, blessed our marriage tremendously when Pastor Michael & Denise Vrooman invited us to go through the videos with them in Olongapo City, Philippines, 1992. It was a complete turn around for our marriage and our relationship with God. God took our marriage from where it was and made it into something beautiful.

As we apply the principles of God's word in our marriage it gave us a burden and a desire to share this gift to other couples so God can touch their marriages as well. We used audiotapes during the first seminar we hosted in Manila in1992. Pastor Vrooman gave us the videos and leader's manuals just days before we left for Australia in 1994.

Care groups were started in Minchinbury Christian Fellowship since April 1994. For 15 years now, we have hosted 2-3 care groups (maximum of 6 couples per group) every year. This ministry has blessed around 250 couples altogether. It's free, requiring only their commitment and willingness to put their best efforts and let God do His work in their marriage during the 11 weeks.

As part of the ongoing and growing vision for the ministry, Enjoying Marriage has helped 2 other churches begin their own Enjoying Marriage care groups, The Word Christian Fellowship and Word for the World Christian Fellowship.

God is true to His Word! He can take any marriage and make it into something wonderful!
