As Young Adults, we are experiencing the extremities in life. We start feeling that things in this world are reaching its peak. We find a new freedom we never had before, we start facing things our own way, we realize that we are not as invincible as we once felt when we were younger, we begin preparing and fretting for our future and most of all, we forget the values that were taught to us because of worldly deception and manipulation. As we mature, we may have lost values along the way and we need to bring them back.

GCJ’s Extreme Life is a group of spirited young men and women who go through whatever young men and women in this world today go through – trials, temptations, struggles, discontentment and many more. Because of this, we often forget that we are not alone in facing all these issues, whether it maybe with ourselves or with the world.

The Extreme Life exists to be the salt of the earth and to support young adults to be better individuals, making a difference in the lives of other people.

It is easy to stumble in the universe we live in. It is how it is structured to be—the world poses many things that cause us to fall into sin. In Extreme Life, we assist each other go through circumstances and support each other when needed. We lift each other up and continuously encourage one another and learn from each other's experiences. We help each other find God's plan and purpose in our lives and set our priorities according to this. This ministry evolved so that God can use the young adults in the community and to be a mark of His presence in the society. We are united together with Christ as the center and stronghold of this ministry.

Extreme Life comprises of ladies and gentlemen from 20 to 29 years of age. Extreme Life comes together during Fridays held either in GCJ Centre or at member’s house. Our group activities outside these meetings range from a café rendezvous, dinners, sports and other activities that enable us to breathe and share life together. Extreme Life helps individuals build and maintain good relationships with others and strengthen the bond of the group as one entity.

Extreme Life exists for a plethora of reasons, but we exist mainly "to live an Extreme Life for the glory of God".
